WHAT WE DO
We link design, marketing and innovation, as they share the same business objective, to find customer or business problems and solve them with new offerings. Organisations today use statistics and customer insights in order to take chances on new products, technologies and premium services that go to market with ambivalent results, often for reasons that are not easy to understand. The same approach is used for existing products, services or business problems where the real issue is not easily apparent.
Through our design approach we go deep in the client’s project foundation, to arrive to the essence, the roots, in order to understand the project totally. Our process allows then for quick validation in real time of their market concept and business model, thus limiting potential risk.
We are practitioners of design thinking and apply new network methodologies to deliver collaborative tools and resources for innovation. Our consultants reveal and interpret the collective intelligence of a public in order to generate fresh insight, develop marketing innovations and identify future opportunities for brand, design, product, service and content teams. We help companies to gain the knowledge and inspiration they require to build confidence in their growth strategies. In other words, we translate observation into insights and insights into products, services and experiences that will create an impact for both businesses and people.
HAVING A DESIGN
Research with intent is the cornerstone of our work. Instead of starting with a problem, we start with observation. It’s informed by an understanding of the culture and the context of a problem -what people need- rather than the problem. We gain empathy and understanding about the beliefs, values, and needs of people through interviews, engagement and a number of other tools that aim to tap into the collective intelligence, trigger our intuition, inspire new ideas.
HAVING A DESIGN
We synthesize our research findings and learnings to spot themes and patterns and unlock insights. This leads us to the inspiration of new ideas with which we experiment, iterate and prototype with the feedback of users through an ‘understand – create – learn” rapid and evolving cycle. This is essential to achieving a successful product, service or experience. It also keeps the users, the people we design for, at the center of the process, getting their buy in early on.
HAVING AN INNOVATIVE
Any stage of our process can be repeated or returned to as needed, or taken out of order. It’s not meant to be a linear, strictly defined process, but to adapt to the unique requirements of individual environments and projects.
By testing our solutions in real time, we can fine tune and finalise the most relevant and sustainable solution for our clients and partners.
HOW WE WORK
Having a human centric approach, we put people at the center of our work to solve problems. Looking at situations in a holistic way, we reframe the problem to something that is really worth working on, we focus to a non obvious need that people have and is valuable to them and then innovate around it. We use design as a mindset; for us design is how things work. We are designing solutions to learn and learning as we design, through integrating the needs of people, the possibilities of technology and the requirements for business success.

As new technologies emerge and customer expectations rise, it is increasingly important to quickly bring products, services and experiences to market. We have adapted agile development methodologies and applied them to the design process, in order to rapidly release products and services, whatever the industry or category. Our teams have the ability to continuously iterate and test ideas, synchronize design and development, thus reduce time to market while preserving the creative vision.
