DESIGN RESEARCH
HAVING A CHALLENGE
Research with intent is the cornerstone of our work. Instead of starting with a problem, we start with observation. It’s informed by an understanding of the culture and the context of a problem -what people need- rather than the problem. We gain empathy and understanding about the beliefs, values, and needs of people through interviews, engagement and a number of other tools that aim to tap into the collective intelligence, trigger our intuition, inspire new ideas.

HAVING AN OPPORTUNITY
We synthesize our research findings and learnings to spot themes and patterns and unlock insights. This leads us to the inspiration of new ideas with which we experiment, iterate and prototype with the feedback of users through an ‘understand – create – learn” rapid and evolving cycle. This is essential to achieving a successful product, service or experience. It also keeps the customers at the center of the process, getting their buy in early on.
